The CPCC has proposed a 2025-2027 Private Copying Tariff with the Copyright Board on the same terms and conditions as the 2022-2024 Private Copying Tariff and is currently awaiting a decision from the Board. Until there is a decision from the Board, the CPCC will continue to collect levies in 2025 in accordance with the 2022-2024 Private Copying Tariff pursuant to s.83(10) of the Copyright Act. The CPCC will continue to provide timely updates in the event of any new developments.
