The Copyright Board of Canada issued the Private Copying Tariffs 2015 and 2016 on December 13, 2014. The 2015 and 2016 tariffs maintain the private copying levy for each unit of CD-R, CD-RW, CD-R audio and CD-RW audio at the current rate of 29 cents.
