28. I've lost my certificate number. What should I do?
If you did not receive that e-mail message, or have deleted or lost it, please enter the temporary application number supplied in the application process in the box below and CPCC will automatically send an e-mail message containing your certificate number. If you have misplaced your temporary application number, see the FAQ entitled I lost my temporary application number. What should I do?
