27. Can anyone use my certificate number to purchase media royalty free?
	Participants are required to make reasonable efforts to avoid the disclosure of their certificate number to third parties. Certified distributors are obligated to make reasonable efforts to verify the validity of a certificate number, and the identity of the buyer using it, each time they sell media royalty free. Certified buyers and distributors are all obligated to report any suspected misuse of zero-rating certificate numbers. Please report suspicious activity that comes to your attention to CPCC by e-mail ([email protected]) or telephone (1-866-886-0232).
