24. Where can I make royalty-free purchases?
	Purchasers will only be able to buy zero-rated media from distributors that have been certified by CPCC. It is not possible to buy zero-rated media through retail stores. The following is a list of distributors currently registered under the new zero-rating program to sell zero-rated media royalty free to holders of valid zero-rating certificate numbers.
