Both during and after the application process, CPCC will correspond with zero-rating program participants by e-mail. Those who do not have an e-mail address are advised to set up an e-mail account through their Internet service provider, or through a free Internet-based e-mail service, such as Hotmail or Yahoo, before proceeding with an application.
