34. I no longer have the email message that contained the link to the on-line reporting form and renewal process. What should I do?
If you did not receive that e-mail message within your reporting period, or have deleted or lost it, please enter your zero-rating certificate number in the box below and CPCC will automatically re-send the message with a link to the on-line reporting form and renewal process.
