19. I submitted an application but have changed my mind and want to cancel. What should I do?
Let CPCC know by e-mail (buyers@cpcc.ca) or call the toll-free hotline (1-866-886-0232). You will need to provide the temporary application number (provided during the application process) of the application you wish to cancel.
