4. What is the fee to participate?
	The administrative fee for commercial businesses is $60, and $15 for non-profit organizations, plus GST or HST. There is no fee for legislatively exempt purchasers. Payment must be made online using a valid VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit card at the end of the online application process.
