More and more, those who buy blank media want to be assured
that royalties have indeed been paid. It is in response to
these requests that CPCC now publishes a list of manufacturers
and importers that remit royalties on blank media and the
brands they report. For clarity, any brand not included in
the list is not reported to CPCC by any company. Conversely,
inclusion of a particular brand name in the list does not
necessarily mean that all product fitting that description
is, in fact, royalty-paid.
Please note, the information in the following list is based
on reports submitted to CPCC by manufacturers and importers
in accordance with the private copying tariff. Please note
also the list's date of issue. The list has been generated
from CPCC's records, and reflects the most current information
reported to CPCC, as of that date. CPCC accepts no liability
for manufacturers' and importers' errors or omissions.
